Its integration across the Google ecosystem makes it stand out. As an infrastructure engineer, being able to link Drive with Docs, Sheets, Gmail and even Google Cloud creates a smooth workflow without extra effort.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the ease of collaboration. Teams can share, edit, and access documents in real time, which reduces downtime and makes infrastructure planning or reporting faster.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes syncing large files or complex folder structures can be slow, and Drive’s permission settings can feel confusing when managing multiple teams.
