What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google Drive stands out for its core cloud-native editing, eliminating the need for local software installation

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Real time collaboration on Docs, Sheets, and Slides is easily my favorite, seeing edits live, commenting instantly, and working together without emailing files back and forth saves time and confusion.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The permission settings can get confusing, especially when managing shared drives across multiple users or organizations, so it takes extra effort to ensure the right people have the correct access

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Drive is intuitive, reliable, and works well on any device, just make sure to train your team on sharing settings and access controls to avoid confusion down the line
