What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
We primarily use Google Drive for storage and collaboration, and it serves these functions admirably. There is a significant amount of storage space available with the licence my school has, and file and folder sharing is about as straightforward as it gets with the click of a button. Because this is a long-standing, respectable system, there aren't many, if any, problems or quirks to iron out. The system and software are updated on a regular but not frequent basis, and it is pretty efficient
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I truly like how I can access my files from my computer, mobile phone, and tablet... I can access my files from any device that is signed in to my Google account. I can arrange them by folders, files, date, and so on. Files are also backed up between devices, and my storage data plan is not too expensive. I can also colour the folders, which is a function I frequently use. It's better for me because I can easily discover the appropriate files and directories.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Drive recently switched from limitless storage to 15 GB of free storage. After 15 gigabytes, you run out of cloud storage space and are urged to pay a monthly subscription for additional space. Because there was previously no restriction, my storage has been totally filled up after this upgrade, and I am no longer able to send or receive emails, change papers, sheets, or slides, or upload new files. This has been aggravating because I now have to clear out a massive amount of space merely to receive emails.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Very positive - everyone in the organization has adopted it. It is very easy to implement if you are a Gmail centered business.
