It is accessible to everyone, no special account or payments needed for basic sharing or documents and photos.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Anyone can use it, making it easy to send documents and photos to any client.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited space for large documents. Also tedious to download photos individually.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are sharing photos with multiple people, it is easy to do so.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

The main difference is collaboration. Multiple users can edit same document in real-time without conflict. It also integrates deeply with other Google tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simple interface, anyone can use without much training. Real-time collaboration on Docs, Sheets and Slides. Easy sharing with inside and outside users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Offline access is limited, sometimes files are not available without internet. Storage cost is also higher when team size increases.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My advice is to check storage requirements before purchase. For small to medium teams it is very effective. If your company is already using Google Workspace, Drive is the best fit.
