This is one of the most critical tools we use in our organization. From managing internal documents and sheets, to sharing the reports with clients. It enables you to do everything, and without any training needed - it's super intuitive.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
Google Drive is a part of every Google account, which a lot of people use, which can make sharing files very simple, even larger files.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How easy it is to use, wherever I need to. I like being able to make some files available offline on my phone for reference when I am away from a computer and know I will or may need certain files.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As a big Google user, a lot of my files push the limits of Google Drive's free cloud storage. It's a pain, but somewhat self-imposed. Purchasing the expanded storage makes things a lot easier for file management.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's easy to use and many people familiar with file sharing and cloud storage will know about Drive and how to use it.
