I'd 100% recommend that everyone in my industry use Google Drive. It's been a critical part of my billing process too.

Think about your overall strategy MS vs Google - try and find other areas in your business where you can consolidate by using one product against One Drive, Box etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Intergration of the Entire G-Suite Apps.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When Google Drive has syncing Issues, (not syncing or not responding) during usage especially on G-drive desktop for Mac OS.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Reasonable Packages available, with good for value basic Plan assigned to you for a start.
