What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows multiple users work on the same file and boosts productivity. One of its best features is it's powerful search mechanism. It not just searches by file name, it also searches the contents of the files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the offline mode feels a little off and unreliable. The storage depletes over a period of time due to emails which take up quite a lot of space. Either you need to clear your emails or expand storage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Unless you are in M365/Apple ecosystem, there is no reason to skip it. There are other competitors who offer better security, maybe more free storage, but this is one of the best overall package.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google drive is much more modern and less clunky than onedrive, thanks to the live integration of the "google docs" and the live editing makes it feel like you can actually see people typing a character at a time and the fact that the link to your work is live is completely non-nightmare as a result. This makes it the best method to work in a remote-group and it is the best as well due to the non-nightmare file naming system that the live file integration enables.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the addition of the chips feature that lets me mark people or other files directly within a document to build the connected network of information. The backup and sync of mac are silent in the background and do not drag my machine like other cloud applications. The pricing of storage is highly reasonable considering the safety and functionality you are provided with. It feels more like a highly professional and slick place to keep my business data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The offline feature of the mobile app is a hit and miss. There are times when i select one of the files to be available offline and it will attempt downloading it when i have no attention.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You will require google drive in case you are working with a team it is the standard of teamwork and files handling in the 21 st century.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google drive is better than using external ssds: you'll never have to worry about losing hardware the difference is the "always-on" nature of the cloud it's the best because it handles massive files, like 4k videos, surprisingly well you can stream a video stored in your drive just like a youtube video without having to download the whole thing first.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the "google lens" integration. I can take a picture of a business card and drive can get the text off it and save it. The way it integrates with google forms is also great - all my data goes straight into a spreadsheet in the same folder. Default to drive - it's fast, secure and very easy to navigate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The "shared with me" section is a complete mess. It's just a list of all the things that anyone sent you in any order and it's impossible to organize.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it to anyone who wants to declutter their physical life. It's the most dependable way of keeping your important documents safe and accessible.
