The best global load balancing i've ever used
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Google Cloud from other similar products?
In the case of the best service provider and is league above the rest, google cloud's load balancing, being able to use one single ip address for a global service is the biggest difference. i chose it because it makes our dns simple and makes our architecture much cleaner it's the best way to ensure that our users always get the lowest possible latency no matter where they are in the world.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the cloud cdn integration. it's just a checkbox on the load balancer and suddenly our static assets are being served from google's edge locations. also managed certificates feature is a huge time saver as well, it will automatically take care of our renewals for certs and we will never have to worry about a site going down because of an expired cert. everything looks very automated and reliable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost of the premium network tier can add up if you have a lot of global traffic. it's a premium service and it's priced like that.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're building a global web application then you need google cloud's load balancing. it's a game changer when it comes to performance and simplicity.
Pros
- Performance Enhancing

The most intuitive cloud console available
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Google Cloud from other similar products?
I've used all the big cloud providers, and google cloud has by far the best user interface. not just the search bar at the top that actually works and finds what you need instantly, of course, but the difference is in the user experience. it feels like a modern web app rather than a complicated piece of enterprise software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The project-level isolation is perfect for our agency. we are able to keep every client's resources completely separate and have billing for every one of them. i also love the "estimated cost" feature that pops up whenever you are about to create a new resource. it helps us avoid any nasty surprises at the end of the month. the mobile app is also surprisingly good for checking on things while on the go.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the error messages in the console are a bit vague. you often have to dive into the logs to find out what would have gone wrong.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want a cloud platform that is easy to navigate and manage, go with google cloud. it's the most easy to navigate cloud platform out there.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Efficient Service
- Inspires Innovation

Excellent support for hybrid cloud setups
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Google Cloud from other similar products?
Anthos simplified our cloudlife transition. we have some on-premise hardware remaining, and google cloud also lets us manage it from a single pane of glass. the difference is google actually embraces the hybrid model as opposed to just trying to put everything in their datacenters it’s been the best bridge into modern cloud features for our legacy systems to start using.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The cloud identity features are great. it meshes nicely with our current workspace accounts, onboarding new employees is simply a matter of adding them to a group. the cloud deployment manager is also a very powerful tool to help us generate templates for our infrastructure. so that everything sounds like it was built to be automated and fits really nicely into our desire to have infrastructure as code.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the more advanced networking features have a steep learning curve. you definitely need some time to adjust with their way of routing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Google cloud is the best hybrid solutions ever for any large enterprise with a mix of old and new tech. it’s powerful and very flexible.
Pros
- Reliable
- Enables Productivity
- Fair
- Client's Interest First
