Intergration features with other google solutions like googled drive is supper

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The solution is so easy to use and has user friendly interface, its integration with google suites, drive and Gmail makes it better for me

inability to store messages for long period, this needs to be improved to enable users keeps their message for future references
