What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

Unlike Slack, which only shows some old messages for free, Google Chat lets you see all your past messages if you use Google Workspace.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Google Chat comes with Google Workspace, so we don’t have to spend extra money on another app to talk with our team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google Chat doesn’t have many ways to style messages, like bold or italic text, so it can be harder to make messages clear and easy to read.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Smart replies can help you reply faster, but try not to use them all the time, sometimes it’s nicer to send a message in your own words.

There's a reason Google Chat shines in so many ways. Its update forwarding capabilities let us effortlessly spread and discuss the most relevant industry news and trends so that we always have the information we need.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really appreciate how easy it is to customize Google Chat. Everyone can customize their use to fit what they need, leading to happier and faster work. Also, customer support is exceptional. Whenever I've had a question or needed help, the support team has always been ready and willing to help.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reliability is an issue.

Give it a try, very well liked.
