What do you dislike most about this product?

The occasional delay in message notifications. While it doesn't happen frequently, a more instantaneous notification system would ensure that important messages are never missed.

What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

Google chat is integrated with google apps and can be used in collabaration with google drive, google calendars, so it becomes easy to track the event at one Place. I also liked the interface as it is very intuitive and easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the notification feature that is the pop up button where I can get the instant notifications in my chat and It allows me not to miss any notificiations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google chat is only integarted with google apps and doesnot get intregrated with third party applications.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
