It's simple. Waaay too simple.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The group chat interface is infuriatingly hard to use
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's very discouraging to see such a poor product being offered by Google. But since it integrates with other Google Apps, like Google Calendar, it might be a good temporary solution for your business. But to be honest, Slack does it too--and many other instant messaging platforms. So choose wisely.
