The best chat system - across all platforms

What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?
Barebones and free cost, but with the ability to connect to ALL google products. Fast chat, faster meetings. The agility is unmatched.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Speed of use, does not lag. Even with large groups and multiple tabs of groups.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Has some trouble with certain attachments, and doesn't always accurately display user status (Here, away, busy, etc)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you don't have 50,000 employees, you can get by just fine with G Chat for free for the most part.

What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?
The all in one features once you purchased GWS is there, so it is an effective licensing models, in another thing, the GWS' feature that allows users yo store virtually any size of file that then can be integrated with Google chat is something else
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Light in use and user friendly
What do you dislike most about this product?
It could have been more if the vendor is exploring more possibility like approval matrix, ability to import from other similar product ( incase of migration ), and the no minimize button in Mac at least may look minimum but it is impacting users, the push notification if you're offline is also needed
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If there is no sufficient budget to buy other collaboration tools, this tool can do the job for their organization
