What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

This is an excellent communication tool which we are using in our company to do internal communications within the departments. This tools provides a lot of features such as document sharing, instant virtual meeting invites, voice messages, and a lot many features which makes it a way ahead of it's major competitors in the market

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has features to share files and docs in any format, such as instant virtual meets, GIFs and emojis, and to create a team or group for certain specialized projects. It can be easily managed by the admin of the group or team and can be controlled very easily just because of its excellent user friendly interface. It has a never-ending list of features which makes it a perfect communication tool in the market.

What do you dislike most about this product?
