What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

Google Chat deeply integrates with Gmail and store our all emails and communication without switching between apps, encrypted chat and calls keep our data secured from unwanted persons.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The feature of Smart reply is one of my best features because it automatically suggest reply about the context of conversation and makes communication easier and faster.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Need more custom emojis and stickers for specific symbols.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Chat works best for managing visual discussion and UI is very simple to navigate, Integration with Google workspace streamline our workflow. Prices are also reasonable for small industries, so I recommend this tool all the time to others.
