My favorite thing about Google Chat is how easy it is to use. I can quickly start conversations, share files, and keep everything organized in one place. It’s really helpful for working with teams because it connects easily with Google Drive and Calendar.
What do you dislike most about this product?

What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?
Available on all platform like web and mobile app. Easy to integrate with Google workspace. we can use with gmail account. It encrypts our chats and shared data over the chats.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Anytime I can arrange or schedule meeting or conference with the clients using the gmail account or mobile. Smart reply saves time in writing messages. Lots of stickers and customisation offers with in the single app.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No dislike from my side. It is fulfilling our needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is good for small or large organisation because it is cheaper than others.
