What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

I believe UI experience is more amazing comparison to other platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

AI feature they recently use to summarise the whole conversation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They use to have feature which put G-chat on the window. I guess getting it back will surely take less time to click on Chat option whenever is required.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're an end user it given more vibrant options then the other tools in market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Google Chat is its seamless integration with Google Workspace. Being able to collaborate in real time—sharing Docs, Sheets, Calendar events, and Meet links directly within chats—makes communication and productivity feel effortless and well-connected.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The main drawback of Google Chat is its limited functionality compared to some competitors, especially in terms of customization and third-party app integrations. While it's great within the Google ecosystem, users who rely heavily on tools outside of Google Workspace might find it less flexible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're considering Google Chat, it's best used with Google Workspace for full integration. Take advantage of Spaces for organized collaboration, explore automation with bots, and test it across devices. Just be aware it may have fewer customization options than some competitors.
