What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

It has the mentions within the chat which are helpful in case you want to mention a particular person in the Google chat group and comes at no extra cost other than it being free

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I do like the user interface of the solution very easier to navigate through and also the ability to share files within the team chat makes collaborations so easier

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a mandatory to have a Google account to use the Google chat and would like to have the ability to use the solution without the need to have an account

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend the solution for team chat
