What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
I have not used a similar product, but I know this product is amazing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love being able to search for terms and being brought to the specific part of the video where this item is being discussed. It saves time and helps me get whatever information I need quickly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The search bar for items can sometimes be confusing. Also, when you get to a company's profile page, I also get confused about how to navigate to what I need.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use it to onboard and help others iterate over their performance to understand how they can improve.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Gong is easy to use, easy to setup, and provides instant insights. I'm amazed how well it relates calls to opportunities right out of the box.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the deal board. It's the best way to manage opportunity pipeline i've seen so far. I also love listening/watching video calls on double speed. so easy to spot good and bad behaviors.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the menus are not the best looking.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
this is the one to get. you'll see value immediately.
