The best tool for all sales reps of all levels!

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

Gong has the ability to provide real-time insights that sales reps of all levels can benefit from in order to continue getting better. Managers are also able to have insight into the deals process across all stages.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really appreciate the insights I get from how long my monologue can run to where I stand compared to my team in metrics that matter. This helps the sales reps only get better as it promotes a competitive environment where all reps work to improve their skills.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Audio transcription can be better especially given the different accents and languages that sales reps face with a prospect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend really investing in understanding all the features that the product offers. There are so many ways to utilize the platform.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

We use to have the recording form Salesloft, but when we saw what Gong could do, we immediately sign, how it give you analytics on the calls, gives you the chance to always be better and always be improving and give you rates of good practices among the users on your company, we definitely own the product now.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1.- Metrics on the calls by user or group. 2.- Give you what works for your peers during the call. 3.- Can share it with external people.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1.- If you send the invite to your call, lets say less than 30 min of the call it will not record.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you work in a SaaS company as I do and have trouble tracking efficiency in the calls of sales reps, give them a try and you will see all the value that will bring to you
