What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Gong offers a variety of services that enable us to carry out tasks with a high degree of freedom, and simplicity, particularly its unique skills of call recording and transcription as well as the opportunity to review and follow them instantly, which makes us truly enjoy listening and saving practically every call.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Gong facilitates our team's coaching because our service is zoom-based coaching. I love Gong because it is an incredibly motivating tool. Its most amazing feature is its ability to record calls and let us listen to them again. This feature has helped us a lot in solving problems effectively: it always enables us to deeply grasp the issues and then allows us to hunt down and come up with the best solutions for these issues.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes its search function is quite problematic and restricts us to do our work quickly, it seems to be broken, and logging in sometimes takes a while to begin. I honestly have nothing else to complain about the Gong application but I want to see these two points as extremely powerful as the other features of Gong.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Gong provides a fantastic and interesting conversation intelligence system along with a powerful recording system that is capable of much more. Its abilities are limitless and the functionality is compelling, above all, it's simple to finish tasks quickly with Gong. Gong offers a unique and full bag of powerful features.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Gong made it incredibly simple for me to look back and analyze my customer calls. I can quickly locate areas of the call that I want to review. Gong has a marvelous recording system with which we can do a lot more.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I adore everything about Gong like Scorecards, keywords, call coaching and other things. Furthermore, their staff is really accommodating and pleasant! I was able to connect with Melissa via video call, and she provided me with a wealth of information. It enables me to cover every aspect of the call in my follow-up and guarantees that I don't overlook anything. I can also play back at 1.5 or double speed, so I'm not wasting time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I despise how Gong shows upcoming calls. It's difficult to browse, and there is no extra data on scheduled calls; I wish there were more options, such as the ability to record all talks and more automation, so we could finish our work faster.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do you want to improve your sales skills? Have more productive conversations? Gong is for you if you responded yes to any of those questions. Every time you have a call, you'll want to review it! I enjoy being able to listen to calls from top performers on my team and learn from them to enhance my own selling style.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
For our company, the most important thing is to have unlimited transcribing and high-quality transcription. I particularly appreciate Gong's follow-up emails, which indicate to me all of the points in the conversation when I promised to do something, so I can double-check that I didn't forget anything.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Gong's solution is simple to use and meets a wide range of requirements for our workforce. First and most importantly, it enables our team to gain some insight into our pipelines and rapidly identify projects that aren't moving as planned, allowing us to intervene and stay ahead of the game. On the Gong platform, managers and agents can also receive feedback and coaching. Gong is a nice addition to our sales tools because it does all of these operations seamlessly and in a user-friendly manner.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some problems include the fact in our organization that the Salesforce setup differs from Gong's Gong to Salesforce connectivity. It took us a little longer than we expected to be completely scaled up to the point where we could truly leverage it and perform all of the above.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Gong gives me an excellent tool to keep track of subjects mentioned on calls without having to scribble excessive notes. It's simple to use. It's simple to swap calls. Excellent for keeping track of clients' progress and better understanding their wants and interactions with your business. I'm totally in favor of this product. A must-have for both sales and customer success teams.
