Additionally, I adore its recording capabilities because the recorded Calls are shared displays and video broadcasts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although the Gong platform is an intelligent system that offers practically all features, its security is its biggest weakness because it isn't reliable and strong enough to meet our needs. Other than that, since I started using this platform, I haven't encountered any problems.

Its best and unique part is that Gong leaves us alone to complete our work and they don't demand a lot of money to buy its excellent subscription! We can precisely document all requests and benefits thanks to its numerous features, including call transcription to texts and ongoing call log updates.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Gong has its own unique transcription software that we discovered when we evaluated and compared the program against Google. We especially appreciate how fun it is to use Gong entirely and particularly its video playback feature. They have limitless amazing options including the ability to decrease the video view to the bottom right of the screen. Aside from this, its interface is also one of its best features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What gives me an unappealing feeling is the way the Gong app shows upcoming calls. There are no extra details about the scheduled calls, and it is extremely tough to browse. In the beginning, when we were working with our team we thought Gong would display the meeting information, but they didn't!

It also helps our Sales managers in providing individualized coaching to help employees perform better.

In our organization, we link the Gong Platform to the calendars of our sellers, and the Gong bot then intervenes to record, interpret, and analyze our all calls and it performed excellently exactly in the way we wanted and anticipated. Its interface is a happier place for us because it is customizable and the product is itself too adaptable. I found it a simple and complete product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since we and our other business development teams utilize Gong every day and we don't really see any glitches or flaws with the software which affected our work, it's difficult to give a definitive answer to this question. But I would welcome more advanced features as well as a solid security base.
