What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
I am aware that there is a ton more that I could and should be utilizing and before I often found it challenging to prioritize the time I need to invest in becoming a power user but now everything is easier now.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The alert emails provide us with information on a variety of topics, including lost chances, potent calls, and what we're missing in our pipeline i.e., what we don't want to miss. The personnel at Gong and their dedication to our success are absolutely unique, even though the technology is excellent. Team members have helped me come up with challenges for our team goals, which is absolutely unrelated to their goal of instructing me on how to utilize the program.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I haven't yet discovered a component of the product that I detest. I only rated it a 9 out of 10 because I don't think of myself as a power user who is familiar with all the capabilities and can declare unequivocally that I adore everything about the product. It was an excellent tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do you wish to improve your sales skills? Have more effective discussions? Remove terms and phrases that only waste time and hurt your sales? Gong is undoubtedly for you if you selected yes to any of those questions. Every time you make a call, you should evaluate it.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Gong has assisted us in identifying our ideal client profile, strengthening our pipelines, accelerating the onboarding of new team members, and scaling. They have been a devoted partner who is dedicated to our company's growth. It makes working with bigger teams and scaling teams simple.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Gong is a new service to me, but it has already shown to be a fantastic tool for training and reviewing conversations and Zooms. The level of insights we can get e.g metrics, visuals, and feedback are comparable to those we may receive from a manager, but honestly, I believe the algorithm provides us with a lot more information than a human being could in such a short amount of time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Since my business development team utilizes Gong every day, it's difficult to give an honest answer given that we never really experience any problems or hiccups with the program. For every organization, it was practically the ideal tool, and we had no problems with it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Gong will be helpful unless you are financially independent as an individual. If you work solely for fun and are not concerned in the least about your output, Gong.io is the ideal partner and will keep everything for you. I heartily urge you to do this.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Previously, I had to do everything by hand. With GongGong, I can quickly find relevant information by searching for keywords, isolating relevant snippets, and creating scorecards to utilize in particular situations. While Gong's tech is impressive the company's people and dedication to your success set them apart. It is a fantastic tool with which you cannot go wrong.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like listening to past conversations with my sales team after they have occurred since I cannot be there for every call. Appreciate the detailed metrics and the option to save podcasts for offline listening. Also, I like highlighting certain aspects of a conversation and providing feedback to agents about what they're doing well and where they can improve.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The transcripts occasionally pick up phonetic words that don't make sense when taken individually, but this doesn't affect the overall meaning. I can't see a successful sales team operating without it. It's hard for me to find fault with Gong. The occasional difficulty in locating the desired call has not been too bothersome.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of Gong's best features is its ability to categorize a call's content into discrete subcategories based on keywords and topics. Consider all how your communication may be boosted by having a record of every call you've ever made at your fingertips. As a robust piece of a developing sales team's infrastructure, GongGong is essential.
