I would suggest that you consult your end users about similar solutions they may have used in the past and their opinions on those as well as Gong.

Gong provides not only conversational intelligence but also the ability to keep track of deals/pipeline
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Association of calls to deals- ability to see customer journey within a deal of all emails and calls
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some colleagues have had difficulty getting their calls to be automatically recorded
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure all users are set up so that Gong is recording all their calls
