What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Gong is an excellent product to track and analyze company's calls and it's perfect for coaching.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's very intuitive, reliable, has lots of features and integrations (like Zoom). It makes it easy to review calls and stay informed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing - I've been using it for over a year and it's been great.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your org heavily uses meetings/calls and derives a lot of value from them - this is a must. You will know what's working and what's not working + it let's you keep the history of all calls just in case.
