An amazing tool with unbeatable functionality

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
I frequently spend hours of talks, presentations, and proof of ideas with each customer. Our representatives value the recordings and transcripts, and it is quite simple to set up and incredibly intuitive. The ability to grant access to everyone within the company is the feature that has the greatest value.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Gong is my favorite tool which helped me hugely. I believe it is a game-changer tool for me. I had so many advantages 1. Gong is a connector that joins calls for us quickly and saves them so we don't have to take notes by ourselves. 2. With readily available best practices and simple evaluation tools, Gong makes coaching simple.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Finding calls is difficult, navigating inside calls is difficult; and it's nearly impossible to comprehend the pipeline management aspect of it. Some folks manage to do it. The one drawback is that I have not made it a point to block out time for more training to improve my ability to use the system.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's so much easier to use Gong to quickly get information from prospects without having to comb through your own notes and view a visual record of your interactions with prospects. Gong is an ideal choice for teams managing a variety of conversations, both in terms of meetings vs. cold calls and platforms.

Great tool for customers' interatction records

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
The AI is the best; it does help with the analytics portion of the call. I love that it shows the % of who spoke the most in a conversation, as it helps to coach and make yourself accountable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration with Outlook and SalesForce is top-notch if you want a "one-source of truth" in client interactions and communications. You can easily see who from the team has interacted with the customer at any point, before and after-sales.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If you score a call using the mobile app, you have to do it in one go because the app won't save your score if you go back to pause the call; you will lose everything. The AI still needs to be worked a bit more on the transcript section because it is common to misspell words, especially for non-native English speakers.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to improve the visibility on your operations' and sales' teams efficiency, get this tool for your team!

It's great for many purposes and utilities Improve sales communications, constructive analysis of sales techniques, follow up, pipeline management, email alerts for opportunities that need attention.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Has been an amazing resource to the sales team, provides an incredible amount of data and insights has brought significant impact to the growth of our team, we like the easy to set up Trackers and keywords, the Ability to make dashboards for score calls, the intuitive Agreement Dashboard to help with project management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
it does not have pre-established filters to do common searches.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend to all companies to manage calls and meetings. Helping document meeting notes and saving them for a later date without wasting time is a huge benefit for sales people.
