Feels like the focused more on ease of use over protecting the data. It was a really bad breach and gravely impacted my former company

They told us about the breach
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Look at in-house with default security settings or use internal tools like Google Drive or OneDrive and share files that way. More auditing and secure than a 3rd-party. I was burned really bad.
