What differentiates Geotab from other similar products?

Geotab integrates with every supplemental system and sets the bar for ease of installation and data integrity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The breadth of data available is the best feature. Along with the mapping function.

What do you dislike most about this product?

That users must go through a reseller for Geotab. Some fleet management companies do it well, and others are poor. This drastically changes the experience for the customer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you partner with a reputable fleet management company in order to purchase your Geo tab services. We had a good fleet management company it is very difficult to navigate Geo tab on your own. And all of my years of using geotab, I was never in touch with someone representing Geo tab but rather a fleet management company resource.

What differentiates Geotab from other similar products?

The difference for Geotab was that they were integrated with Holmman and thus ARI. It made doing business easy and allowed for seammless integration with Fleet Management Company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Some of the reporting was interesting, but overall the interface felt outdated and antiquated.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think overall some of the reporting methodologies were difficult and not intuitive. The interface itself felt dated and not modern but overall the data was pretty good. The product offering made it difficult to truly customize to our needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think about what matters most to you - ask a ton of questions in different ways. I found that sometimes we were essentially saying the same things but in different "languages" and it left things to be lost in translation.
