The support team was in India so it made it difficult to get quick responses.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Fairly easy to navigate through

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reconciliation was extremely difficult and it did not alarm you if something was already entered as a duplicate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Test is prior to jump in all hands.. make sure it works for what you need it for.
