the security and audit logs are what separate this from the cheapy web tools. for legal work you need a higher level of verification and foxit provides that plus it doesn't make the process difficult. it has a much stronger aesthetic and legal footing than simple signature apps. it does a better job than most of the alternatives i’ve tested previously for complex multi-party signings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

i love that every completed document has an audit trail... it records the ip addresses and timestamps this makes me feel better. the ability to password protect documents is yet another big pro when it comes sensitive client info. the software is extremely snappy and documents render crisply at all times. I also like the in-person signing feature where I can have a client sign on my tablet right there in the office. it adds a very high-end feel to the experience for our clients.” it was also nice and easy to integrate with the existing document management system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

other times, the desktop version of the software is a bit heavy on my computer’s resources. It loads up a few seconds slower than I would like.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

for anyone who works with sensitive or legal documents, this is the top. it’s protected, compliant and unbelievably stable. I recommend it to anybody in the legal or financial sectors.

I needed a signature tool that was not overly complex and foxit truly fits the bill. it’s more secure and professional than the free options. you’re not concerned about data leaks or the site crashing. it’s a simple, no-frills tool that works well. it is a professional utility, not a fancified social app.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I sort of love the “draft” mode. i can get all my docs ready on monday and send them out over the week when i need to. the file recognization is also quite really good, it normally finds where i want a signature without me telling it. the end result is a fine quality pdf that is still small enough to email. I also like the simplicity of the pricing model. it’s obvious what you’re paying for and what you receive. it has seriously played a role in decluttering my workspace.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The dashboard can get a touch cluttered once you have many active documents. Highlighting things by project rather than the longer list tbh

This is a fine option for anyone who needs a solid, reliable signature tool. it's so secure, and it is also very easy to learn. i would recommend it for any busy professional.

Used many e-signature platforms and this is the most professional looking one for the payment. it’s superior to the low-end startups because it seems like a mature product.” the emails look corporate and safe, which is crucial when you’re asking people to sign legal docs. it imparts the correct impression to our clients. it’s not particularly flashy, but it is very respectable and reputable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Often, because i'm very positive about the audit trail features. it gives me a lot of confidence that our contracts are completely legal. the option to customize the interface with our company colors and logo was a neat touch. the software is very stable and we had no issues with it. the “reminder” feature is amazing, it has saved us a lot of manual work as well. our clients find it simple to use and we hardly ever get asked how to sign. it’s just a really well-rounded product based on what we needed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If your team is large, the cost for additional seats can increase. multi-user pricing could be slightly more lenient on growing companies.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you care about your professional image, but this is the tool to use secure, good looking and work very well. i would recommend this to any service provider.
