eSign Genie is simple to use. There is no time spent learning the program. Log on, follow the prompts and you are ready to go!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be a little hard to navigate when you have to change a document that was sent. Finding the button that allows you to replace a document was a little time consuming.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Cost effective and ease of use makes this the choice among busy professionals.

Very easy for signers to complete and cost of licensing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Would like some features that I had in DocuSign, such as: 1. The ability to delete pages from a document 2. The ability to re-arrange the signing order rather than having to delete and re-add signers 3. The templates process needs some work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend the product due to its ease of use for both senders and signers.
