What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The feature I appreciate is Fleetio’s preventive maintenance capabilities. Keeping vehicles on a regular maintenance schedule is one of the most important responsibilities of a Fleet Manager, and Fleetio makes that process much easier. And my favorite aspect of Fleetio is how it simplifies the entire process of managing a fleet without software feel complicated.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The area that could be improved is reporting customization. While Fleetio includes many useful reports, there have been times when I wanted more flexibility to build highly specific reports without exporting the data first. And I also feel that some customization options could be more flexible.
