Ease of configuration and customization. Also, the entry level is reasonable. the product can grow both within an organization and within departments.

Usability. It is very easy to implement.

In today's world, it needs PCI compliance

Considering all aspects of a document management product, FileBound is easy to implement and doesn't break the bank doing it.

What differentiates FileBound from other similar products?
This is my first experience with such a product, so far I am enjoying the ease of use and functionality with it all. It certainly helps keep things neat and organized.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Cleanliness and ease of mobility.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The process of getting documents into filebound is cumbersome, however the good far outweighs the bad.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you have adequate time to dedicate the start up of this product, from creating templates so that the files are read and auto populated to getting all staff onboard using the new system, it is a wonderful process however takes time and commitment.
