What differentiates Expensify from other similar products?
Expensify lets us scan and upload pictures of our receipts to be managed later. I love how I don’t have to remember all the details and keep track of all the receipts. It also has an excellent GPS feature that let’s you plan a trip and predict expenses in real time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how Expensify helps us scan receipts directly. The auto scan feature is really huge and amazing as it let’s me pay directly for food. It let’s us import our credit card with much ease. Expensify has become the system of choice for me and my company as it is very less time consuming and it let’s us integrate data and details.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Another thing I don’t like is how we can’t categorise expenses for different departments. It would have been easy for our company if employees had specific classes so there would be designated codes for expenses of specific departments. Also it requires company to go through a lot of steps when they’re trying to deactivate a user
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is an excellent software to use for personal as well as professional use. It is especially wonderful for small businesses as it allows them to generate reports and keep track of their expenses in less time. Expensify is affordable for almost everyone and it has made my life easier.

What differentiates Expensify from other similar products?
When spending for the company, I take a photo of the receipt and the Expensify mobile app captures all details of the scanned receipts while making it easy to track and review the expense receipts employees submit
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Employees are able to split their expenses by using the ExpensePoint feature in the app. Saving receipts and automatically organizing them into expense categories is also a plus
What do you dislike most about this product?
Constant in-app promotions about the Expensify card are annoying and also the irritating banner ads that ask to donate to Expensify's charity
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Expensify is useful in plenty of ways. It simplifies the process of tracking receipts and also majes data entry easier. If you need a robust expense management software try Expensify

Provides various methods to easily capture receipts digitally and automatically parse receipts to create expenses report entries
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Enables easy entry of expenses in other currencies and converts to expense report currency. Automatically assigns categories/accounts based on past entries and credit card statements
What do you dislike most about this product?
It charges per user per month and this makes it expensive for our company. Optical character recognition doesn't work well when recognizing other languages

This powerful business expense tracker app ensures fair and accurate billing and payments you should give it a try
