I love how centralized the platform is for managing content and digital assets, and the user access controls, which help in managing internal and external clients.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I feel like the user interface can be intimidating at times. It is functional, yes, but it can be made more intuitive and user-friendly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend anyone considering this product to take time in the rollout phase. Get used to the interface and get some initial training and support from the support team, and you are good to go.

What differentiates Elcom Digital Experience Platform from other similar products?
It's the customer service that really does it for me. You can build similar PHP platforms in-house, but Elcom were really good at what they do; responsive and personable. Really fixed the problem with a good looking solution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use and availability of customer support.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing obvious sticks out. It's a website/CMS and does the job.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Reach out to Elcom and see if their products, templates and people are a good fit.
