What differentiates eclincher from other similar products?

Team collaboration when managing a company's social media account is essential. eClincher provides a set of approval workflow features and seamless transitions, that puts everybody in my team on the same page. I am able to assign and tag messages as tasks, view log history of my team members, create and highlight drafts and even drop comment as notes for reference purposes, with my team. All of these contributes to making our collaboration efforts as a team a lot easier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

eClincher provides quality integration with other important software tools we use, to make our experience on eClincher better. At the moment, integrations with Canva and Pocket have created some of the biggest day to day business value for my team. Integration with Canva, ensures that we are able to design and schedule digital content all from one platform. While integrating eClincher with Pocket has made the process of surfing the internet, finding and saving content for curation as smooth as it can possibly be.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Eclincher falls short in terms of navigational control and intuitiveness. An example of what i am referring to , is how i am sometimes redirected offsite ( back to a social media website ) , before I am able to view full content of specific comments . Having to go back and forth between eclincher and a social media which I am supposed to have been tracking through eclincher slows me down.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For large sized teams managing social media platforms, i think they can rely on eClincer.

What differentiates eclincher from other similar products?

This software is unique in comparison to others since it can interact with the vast majority of social networking sites and applications. Furthermore, the continual upgrades are incredible, but the customer service is unparalleled.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All of the bells and whistles are top-notch. Amazingly simple in its use. I really appreciate the availability of help at any time (which I use regularly). One of the finest parts is that development of the platform itself is ongoing and progressive. As a result of clearly listening to user feedback, each new version is FANTASTIC. Hashtag suggestions on Instagram are fantastic. Putting out content in the world without using push notifications is fantastic. Tracking feeds and keywords may be quite useful. I can't wait to get started with the influencer function.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's not as smooth as other services like Agorapulse or Later. Nonetheless, the site's features justify the cost, and it's always being improved. My best assumption is that if you start entering a user's name to tag them in a photo, it won't offer any suggestions as you go, and if you make a mistake, the photo won't be uploaded regardless of how many times you attempt. It won't be an issue if you take the time to get the appropriate username before you need to use it. In addition, Instagram Stories can't be scheduled... yet. However, I have no doubt that it will be implemented if consumers demand it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The application comes highly recommended by me due to the fact that it is a very helpful tool that helps manage postings on many social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google+, and other similar platforms. The auto-post function is my favorite of all the features. It gives me the ability to plan my posts to go up at various times throughout the day automatically.

What differentiates eclincher from other similar products?

It's different from other applications since it integrates with so many others; my favorite of them is Canva, which lets me make unique graphics to use in my postings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The live chat tool is the one I use the most often. They always get back to me soon and do their best to resolve the problem at hand. As an agency, we can get a lot of use out of this cheap scheduling tool, which is why I have only tried a couple of others.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A few bugs occasionally pop up and create problems, but they're always reported. Only after using the platform for a while did I figure out how to optimize my workflow to minimize my time spent on each task.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think it's a great tool and would recommend it to anybody looking for a fun and simple application. The ability to plan posts in advance, the mostly hands-off nature of the platform, and the accessibility of the platform through mobile app are all things I much like.
