Times a dayactual when a client is saying they are ready to sign i want to get that document to them right away before they change their minds.-dropbox sign is better because the template system is so fast i can get a contract out in under sixty seconds.-i chose it because every second counts when it comes to sales and this tool is built for speedy it is the best because it allows me to hit while the iron is hot and close deals faster.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the "cc" feature as it allows me to keep my accountant and my manager in the loop without them having to do anything. Interface for adding signers is very logical and it is easy to set a specific signing order if i need multiple people to sign in a certain sequence. I also love the level of security and encryption as it makes me feel safe sending sensitive financial details through the platform. It is a very professional setup.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that the mobile web version won't be quite as powerful as the desktop site. Some of the more advanced editing features are harder to utilize on a phone browser.

This is an absolute must have tool for anyone in the high pressure sales environment. It's built for speed and reliability and will help you close more business every month.

i have used this for over a year and i never had any document disappear on me or any link becoming non functional. a very mature and stable platform that is better than the newer startups in this space. I love because when i have to input six figure contracts, I need something I can trust. and it is the best because I have complete peace of mind knowing my business is protected.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The number one thing i like is the audit trail, detail and professional. it provides also every ip address and timestamp for every action on the document great for legal compliance. i also love that at the end of the month, i can download all of my completed documents in one fell swoop for my archives. they all work very snappy and i never feel like im waiting for the software to catch up.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has a rich interface with numerous features, so it might be a little bit hard for you to locate specific things in the advanced settings menu.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

it is wonderful investment for the serious business owner. isn't going to leave you hanging if you have a major contract on the line.
