Dropbox has the best integration with third party software solutions and systems of any cloud storage option, I know about. Coupled with how easy it is to use across different access mediums ( desktop, browser and mobile ), Dropbox has been able to differentiate itself from substitute programs in key ways that truly matter, to a user like myself, as far as safe cloud based file storage is concerned.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The security provisions on dropbox , meant to protect my saved files from un-authrorized access is enterprise quality. With security options like two factor authentication available to me, I have not had a reason to be bothered about the security of sensitive data saved or shared through the Dropbox program.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited task management functionality and pricing is quite on the high side. I would say if I was to pay for this software myself, I would very likely be considering other cloud software storage program.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will always advocate that teams do a trial of a product , before considering full adoption.

The pricing structure is a little higher compared to other options.
