Mainly, Dropbox Business focuses on the convenience of its operation and effectiveness of synchronizing files across devices. It has now Smart Sync that gives the users a view at the files without occupying local space and Dropbox Paper that is used for collaboration. The numerous strategic connections of third applications such as Slack or Zoom, as well as numerous security measures like using encryption and applying detailed folder permissions, make it an ideal and universal solution for collaboration as well as for organizing documents.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that Dropbox Business has a Smart Sync where you can find your files but they do not necessarily have to be stored locally. This helps when dealing with large files, or where disk space is a limiting factor, but at the same time allows the user to get at their files from anywhere.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I find most unappealing about Dropbox Business is that the price is relatively higher than other cloud storage options for teams. Also, those specific plans may have limited storage space making it mandatory to upgrade to a more expensive package to gain more storage capacity.
