What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?
Large files can be sent, offers greater security. Dropbox integrates with communication tools, has larger storage capacity, has a remote deletion security feature. Other users can be tagged in file comments.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I have been using Dropbox for years, in addition to creating, editing, and sharing content in the cloud; it allows me to travel with peace of mind and my data is never lost, plus it saved me a hard drive that suddenly failed (defective). I feel that Dropbox really goes out of its way to protect its users' data. -The synchronization function with the desktop, so I don't have to download the files to work on them, plus it synchronizes the information with the cloud when you save the changes. Another great advantage is that you can recover older versions of files that may have been overridden.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are only a few details that I dislike, for example, it is difficult for me to locate recently uploaded documents after revisiting the page, the interface is not difficult to use, it is easy to get familiar with, but it lacks improvements, and for the price this tool has this should be different and more fluid.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Regarding the prices that Dropbox Business handles, there are cheaper options, but everything has a cost if you are looking for something that takes the basic features to a much higher level.

It's easy to store files on cloud securely. It's easy to access files anywhere. It's easy to share files with others. Enables ease of files recovery.

Uploading files of large size is time consuming.

I strongly recommend this tool for great files storage.

With dopbox, it is much easier to access & share filesand other documents from any part of the world swiftly Saves lot of space on hard drive by storing my projects on cloud. This increases the efficiency & speed of my laptop Easy to search a document in few seconds when required urgently

Allows me to exercise permissions for different types of workers in my company
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are way too many limitations on storage. Furthermore, it requires way to many clicks to download a document The GUI or interface looks much more complex

Its really a wiorth having a Dropbox. Must try it. The best thing is the feature which allows restoring the files which were deleted accidentally
