What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?
1) Dropbox has a stronger Encryption Standard. 2) Dropbox offers a Smart Sync feature. 3) In terms of File Security, Dropbox comes with a trustworthy service provider.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
1) Dropbox is very easy to use. 2) Drag and Drop feature works very well. 3) It has a very strong Encryption Standard when it comes to security. 4) You can set passwords on shared files and can also set the expiration date of files. 5) Use of the Dropbox inside the Apple EcoSystem is quite impressive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The thing I don't like about Dropbox is it offers only 2 GB of free storage in a Free account. The pricing is high when compared with the other software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Dropbox is a full-fledge and awesomely working Cloud storage provider. It does have some minor things which need to improve but that can be ignored. So yeah, I will definitely recommend this to the other people.

I really like Dropbox as it enables me to access data and file from practically anywhere from any device.

The one really drawback i encounter is complications when reviewing files.

Based on faster synching, easier file sharing and cloud storage, its definitely the solution for MSME's especially.

Dropbox allows you to share files with a URL link and also let team members, clients, and others view and edit them. Dropbox is great at organizing things into folders and making them easy to find, with the ability to restrict access to only specific users being a huge benefit. It's also useful for sending an invite to the necessary team members instead of giving them all the individual links to a file or folder.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like Dropbox lets you share files, schedule meetings, and create project plans all in one place. It's also useful for creating a new rug and adding hashtags, as well as searching for archives or rugs. The mobile app for smartphones and tablets is beautifully designed and allows you to download files, create photos and scan documents directly from the app. Dropbox's smart feature eliminates the need to worry about your device's capacity and allows you to search through large amounts of data quickly. The older web-based file views work fine and show a wide range of file types.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The search and customer care features of Dropbox may be improved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I Recommend Dropbox allows team members to collaborate in real time on related documents and files, eliminating the need to carry a backup of your data with you. Signing in to Dropbox and accessing all your company files from any PC is easy too.
