What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?
Dropbox as compared to OneDrive is a way more scalable and easy-to-use application and platform. Its cross-platform compatibility is a great value to the business using versatile vendors and platforms. Dropbox also has a great version history and it can be restored or retrieved at various levels.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I found Dropbox's business very helpful to run on all different devices under the same account. This is useful for the IT team to run backups from various servers and store them on the cloud. Another favorite aspect of Dropbox is the file version history which is easy tracking of any changes or amendments to the file. This allows the use of the restore feature to the exact file.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Certain files are prohibited to upload on the cloud if they have any encryption signatures. This affects certain database or SQL files to have trouble with cloud syncing and hence we have to introduce local storage for that. If Dropbox cloud syncing could allow all encrypted files to sync, this will resolve technical issues for IT Team.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend Dropbox Business solution for any small, medium, or large business as it is a great backup utility and file sharing.

What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?
Dropbox Business has enabled our firm to expand without bounds while maintaining complete control over critical company data and user activities. Dropbox Business is built on a secure, distributed system that includes numerous layers of security and we trust this option on the market because of its solid security measures.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It enables us to collaborate on files and we have observed that working together on huge files on DropBox Business used less bandwidth than competitors. Organizing, moving, and uploading files is simple with Dropbox Business. I enjoy being able to exchange files with others who do not have access to my account.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Dropbox doesn't always sync correctly, forcing us to make a new duplicate of our file. Furthermore, it is not uncommon for files to take a long time to sync. It does not always alert us when we run out of space but it will also stop syncing, which can be perplexing because we later find the reason why our file isn't showing up online.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Dropbox Business offers better information sharing and data leakage safety because it allows administrators to disable user uploads. They'll be able to view and download files that they've been given permission to. Furthermore, you can view files from anywhere with an internet connection, making it simple to work on documents and projects with peers.

It used to be the best option on the market but there are many competitors now that have caught up.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integration to g-suite.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It doesn't have the ability to use revision history incase you made a crucial mistake.

They have a free version that is a great way to test their features out.
