What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?

My experience with this platform has been incredible, it is extremely safe and functional. Because this platform is cloud-based, you can use it from anywhere. The best part is that each member of the team who has been invited can edit my files and I also use this option with suppliers; I simply create a shared folder and that's it I've loved this option since day one because I don't have to waste time sending information separately and all team members with access to the shared folder can modify files, make annotations and it is also synchronized in all my teams after accessing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is one of the incredible tools that allows you to be open and comfortable when storing your important information and data. You can organize it into folders and save it alphabetically or by date. You can further personalize your critical data by using a pin code or password that only you know. It is one of the tools I use the most on a daily basis to store files and share them with my work team via links. The best part is that I can share any type of file, with the added bonus that I can access my files in seconds no matter where I am.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing that bothers me is that when I go into the mobile version, even though my smart device has space and applications for PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, among others. The files I try to open from my cell phone throw errors or simply cause the application to close abruptly, which sometimes forces me to restart the computer for a good synchronization and to get the file to save, plus I can't edit the files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Although it contains information in the mobile applications, it is an excellent option for freeing up space on my devices, as I do not have duplicate information everywhere, and it allows me to share information with my work team and suppliers. This software backs you up, and you can simply store your important documents on it without worry or hassle. It is simple to use and saves a lot of time.

What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?

Most times I am on the move so it is nice that I have the Dropbox Business mobile app. If I am stuck in the back of an Uber car or watching a show at a venue, I can still open files securely and send off links

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I never have to worry about lengthy file uploads and downloads. The ability to engage with and modify files instantaneously from anywhere helps keep the team output flowing

What do you dislike most about this product?

If a file upload or download is interrupted without completing the process will start from the beginning the next time I want to upload or download the file

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Using a physical server and portable hard drives won't be enough. Dropbox Business is the only solution that will provide enough storage space and individuals can quickly access and share files to collaborate together

It serves as the central hub for everyone involved in each project and everyone can see everything in Dropbox Business because it is so integral to our processes. It provides all the storage we need and we share huge files without any problems

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has enabled us to accelerate almost all of our workflows. File sync has become faster. The solution offers an easy learning curve for individuals of different cultural and technical backgrounds and provides mobile file access

What do you dislike most about this product?

I want to be able to automatically scan all files before they are sent out to clients to help keep the PCs from running slow under the weight of hefty anti-virus applications

Dropbox Business helps team members communicate a consistent message. Users have the flexibility to retrieve documents from mobile devices, and selectively sync so that masses of files aren't saved on their PCs
