What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?
Dropbox is the ideal place to store all your work. You can store and attach files, collaborate on projects and realize your best ideas, whether you work alone or in a team. With intuitive collaboration tools and advanced security features, Dropbox gives you everything you need to complete your work wherever you are.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Dropbox will be installed in the directory, program files and new users will need to log in to their Dropbox accounts and manually configure their setup preferences. Existing users will not have to log in and configure their preferences again.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sharing files with people outside your organization can be problematic for external users, many report difficulty accessing files, changing where you store your data locally could be difficult and lengthy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You can recover deleted files and restore documents to a previous version immediately, it allows you to collect documents, photos and other files through file requests. The requested files are added to the folder you specify and you can share the folder or close the request whenever you want. If you have multiple separate Dropbox Business computers, you can easily merge them into a single computer.

Shareable links support password protection. Can recover deleted or changed files as far as 6 months prior to change/deletion.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Super simple to use. No training required for end users
What do you dislike most about this product?
All files are stored on the computer vs all files being stored on the cloud and only relevant files stored on the computer. Teammates cant edit files simultaneously
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Dropbox offers plenty of storage space, its very easy to use, and it offers unique feature of files recovery, which provides insurance against accidental files deletion. I highly recommend it.
