What differentiates Dotdigital from other similar products?

We use DotDigital for all of our organizing campaigns. I’m glad about all of the options it provides us, their tools dig into the stats per every email we send out that helps us figure out our client base. I just like the customer-friendly style and campaign perceptive reports It takes no time to make a professionally trying newsletter. If you struggle for content, DotDigital has many tips too.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The system is very intuitive, there are typically useful support articles to show you how to do the various elements. The flexibleness and functionality, however particularly the ultimate styles that all seem to appear amazing. I’m giving my designer a good tool to figure with. Dotdigital’ Engagement Cloud is super simple to use – the drag and drop functionality, furthermore because the wealth of customization tools, has created it the platform of selection for our organization for over ten years currently. It’s ‘s reasonable with excellent support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The journey between the different stages of making an email may be a small amount of pain – you can’t jump a pair of steps back or forward, for example. Surely sections, you can’t order things by date/time modified, which makes it far more troublesome to search out your latest work. Little changes that may improve the user experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look at what your enterprise wants. Does it meet your requirements? Looking at what you wish it for, DotDigital might be excellent for your company otherwise you won’t need all the options the software package has. For instance, if you’re solely sending a few thousand emails, you’re most likely best looking at something more basic.

I'd highly recommend checking out dotdigital, the interface is very user friendly, the account management is great and the ongoing learning opportunities they host are valuable.
