DocuWare is incredibly user-friendly, available from any device, and very secure. It makes it simple to do away with the need for paper documents now we can fetch documents in a few seconds. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What do you dislike most about this product?

The one thing I don't like about Docuware is that there aren't enough alternatives for exporting documents. I would adore the ability to export the document with all the information that was utilized to store it. To be able to search for exactly what you want, some of the search choices need to be adjusted somewhat.

DocuWare is incredibly helpful software to store files without any worries. Drag different components onto the form to swiftly position them where you wish. More engagement and quicker work are made possible by this feature. DocuWare is also a less costly tool than other rivals.

Prior to this, we were required to manually store and retrieve old paperwork and it became too expensive to continue doing it the old way, so we started utilizing Docuware. Now I adore storing all of our documents in a secure place and we can retrieve them in only a few seconds. It not only protects our data but also makes sure no one else can access them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We utilize Docuware Cloud to store documents, doing away with cumbersome paper files and enabling us to keep more recent records for our clients. We can also say it is a saver because it saves a huge amount of time that before was wasted in managing files and searching any file also takes a high amount of time but now we can get any file at any time without wasting time. In our organization, we utilize Docuware Cloud with checks and balances because, without it, we would be processing applications by hand for far too long.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I had no issue with it; it's a complete tool. The features that it has provided for us, in my opinion, are excellent and significantly more comprehensive because it also allows us to send emails and save files, which means that it is highly detailed and enjoyable to use.

The ability to do a search using the whole document has become one of my favorite features. I like that Docuware works both locally and in the cloud. If there's anything that requires my signature at the office, I can sign on and approve it immediately. The fact that it is accessible over the web means I can use it from any location, which is very useful for my telecommuting and home office needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They didn't have the most user-friendly search features when I first began using them, but they've become much better. My only complaint is that Docuware's exporting features are minimal. Upgrading storage on the Grandfathered plan is costly, but it enables me to support an infinite number of customers at no extra expense.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Docuware allows staff members in different sections of an organization to respond to a customer's inquiries without transferring them to another department. I adore the system and strongly suggest it to anybody concerned with the safety of their files.
