An efficient method for sharing files with others

What differentiates DocuWare from other similar products?
Concerning other tools, I can get things done quickly and efficiently using DocuWare. The system provides far more than was expected, including storing data in the cloud, communicating with clients via email, and, most notably, invoicing. Using DocuWare, you can quickly and safely back up your files to the cloud.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the company's focus on satisfying its clients. It got created with the end-user in mind rather than the developers, and these interfaces are straightforward to navigate. DocuWare also makes it simple to set up virtual filing cabinets; you need not be a tech whiz to manage your files effectively. The user interface of DocuWare is unparalleled. I also like their friendly and cooperative customer service.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Docuware is very new to me, so there was some learning curve. The only drawback is the structure, which makes finding specific papers a little more complicated than desired. As my data volume expands, I have had to install more storage devices. There are typically many flaws in the documentation software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to centralize your file uploads so that you can quickly look for them online from any location, DocuWare is what you need. The improved instructions make it possible for anybody with even a basic understanding of computers to get things up without assistance. DocuWare is an excellent tool for managing an organization's material.

What differentiates DocuWare from other similar products?
Integrated well with other systems so we are able to move data both directions between databases which ensures the quality and accuracy of both key business information systems
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I am certain that all of the documents in the file cabinet are up to date. I simply type in some keywords into a fulltext search and a number of fitting documents are served up with a click of the mouse
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not easy to do queries like check when requested documents approvals are expiring
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Documents are now available centrally to people working in all our locations, around the clock. It allows the company to pull information back and forth between systems

What differentiates DocuWare from other similar products?
DocuWare has intuitive user interface and can easily be accessed from anywhere.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We can access our documents at anytime and from any location. The platform has secure and large document storage capacity that can accomodate the entire organization data. Chances of losing documents are very minimal with DocuWare since it has cloud based backup.
What do you dislike most about this product?
All our documents have been safe since we deployed this tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Digital transformation of all document management system is achievable with DocuWare. This is smart tool and I recommend it to other companies.
