Tight control on whose allowed to sign, and the process of their signature.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Good tracking features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Difficult to delegate signature authority, and awkward when sending documents to non-users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It will work for your compliance and audit needs.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

I really don't know. It is the only product I've personally used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That you can sign electronically, and not have to print the document, sign it, and then scan it into the computer to return it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No problems so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I cannot tell them about other products, so I will tell them that DocuSign was the first eSignature product I was introduced to and I haven't tried another yet.

Digital Signature Not the same as e-signature. A digital signature is an encrypted packet associated with a document. Encrypted and decrypted via keys in a signatory certificate.

User-Friendly Intuitive and easy-to-use, with drag and drop tools to build forms on a visual canvas-type workspace.

Security Software provides appropriate data and access security.

Mobile Ability to support multiple devices, OSes and platforms using mobile optimized, HTML-based web access and/or native applications.

Regulatory Compliance Includes compliance with regulations and standards such as SOX, HIPPA, NIST, PCI-DSS etc.

Templates Tool provides a set of pre-made templates you can use and distribute instead of creating new ones for every situation.
