What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
DocuSign has an incredible user experience. The drag and drop interface makes sending out contracts quick and easy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of sending out contracts and the signing order are my favorite aspects of this product. When setting signers, it is easy to distinguish who signs where due to the different colored fields.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As an end user, there are no real complaints that I have about DocuSign.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is absolutely worth it for anyone who is looking to send out contracts frequently.

Total workflow integration, many optional 3rd party plug-ins make fitting into your environment seamless.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I am yet to encounter a person incapable of using DocuSign on the first try, it is truly intuitive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Set up can be complex depending on the environment
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it out on a Friday at 4pm where you need the signature of 2 hard to pin down leaders, you will be able to get it done in minutes no matter where people may be physically. Then realize you have a fully executed document, that meets your audit/compliance requirements and everyone already has their copy.
