What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

I don't believe there is much differentiation other than the fact they offer better integrations with 3rd party apps than their competition.

Integrations as previously stated.

Workflow can be a bit cumbersome at times.

Use this if you were looking to integrate with a wide variety of apps
